Re: Scared/Birth Control

I'm now on Yaz. I'm onto my second month and so far, touch wood, I've had no side effects. I didn't get a period though in between cycles (although, also not pregnant) but other than that, it's all good. I'm on it simply because it's the low dose pill, and I can't have anything with too much Estrogen in it as it causes headaches/migraines.

Yaz is my last option. My GP said it's Mirena again after this but I am flat out refusing after what it did to me last time (GP thinks it wasn't the Mirena at all - why the hell do they not believe us?!?!). I want to try a non-hormonal IUD, but my GP isn't keen.
