Re: Christmas Day the Aussie way-

OOOOuuuu sounds like the Kentucky Derby to me your boxer day.
..where it's mint juleps and finger sandwiches...and Hats.
Spud, we try to do little as possible.
The family wants us to be bored but we refuse.
Now we try to find log cabin places out in the woods
and act like bears to hibernate...eating at the neat food places. and Texas GayLard was so cozy and fun to be with lots of crazy people in front of t.v. screens.
All sorts of cowboy games and other games at same time running. If we get there early we get to have own rocking chairs. We get to talk to all sorts of football fans and drink and eat.A couple yrs back it was loads of friends in a rented Limo siteseeing around town getting foot rubs in the Limo and drinking....you'd love it Spud.
I think one year we rented a room can't remember name of motel and enjoyed freezing our bobos off in ice carving place...hubby loves to be cold.Hubby loved the Russian Company...he worked with a few of them and calling each other dick heads in Russian. lol.(Never stopped calling each other dick heads in the office and out)ha.
Might have already missed loads of fun this year...tours out of town...can't remember if it was suppose to be Marshall,TX this year? Or it may have been called Weatherford,TX...we might have already missed our chance...work is a bummer this year...have to play it by ear for now.Do we sound weird to you?
