Yep...it's me, my friend.

One and a half years after a stroke, an M.D. told me that it was diabetes that caused it. Now I'm doing that dance.

I figure I should be able to 'manage' it with food...as I did once before.

So far, I'm doing the SCD with removing the foods I'm 'sensitive' to.

I'm finding that wonderfully easy.

If a person can quit fifty years of smoking...they can do anything!

(I lie...it isn't hard at all.)


It's like I can do anything, when it is time.



I did two rounds of Candegone, and candida has virtually disappeared, again.

I tell by the saltiness at the corners of my mouth.

I pretty well wobble when I walk, but I never fall down...I just slide slowly into the bottom of the bathtub and such.

Heh-heh-heh.

Life is entirely different than before. I've learned a lot about what matters, and what doesn't. It's a hoot, growing older and wiser, isn't it?
