h202 3%

Once again I am posting this message because noone really answered it before. This is very important and I want to make sure that I am doing this protocol correctly because if I don't it could be very dangerous and even fatal. I purchased some Hydrogen Peroxide (Food Grade) 3% from theRawfoodworld.com. I have a couple of questions to anybody who knows anything about taking H202 because I have never done it.

1. Does 3% mean that it has already been diluted from 30% and I can drink as is or do I STILL have to dilute it with water?

2. How many drops am I supposed to take a day and what is the protocol in using H202 at 3%?

Anybody who can answer my questions will surely be appreciated. Can't find these answers anywhere on Google. Also, a little update to everybody who has been keeping up with some of my posts here. I am currently doing the Candida diet. Have been doing it for about a year and a half and tried everything with no success. Now I am buying EVERYTHING ORGANIC. I am eating 80% of my food as vegetables while the other 20 % consist of protein like almonds and red meat. I am taking Methyline Blue, Lucol's Iodine, Nystatin and Fluconazole all at the same time as HOLY SHIT!!!! It's been about 2 or 3 weeks and I haven't had a single symptom since I started. I know it may be hard because I am a very chronic long term sufferer only at the age of 20. Actually today is my birthday, 21 to be precise.
