The Trouble With Magnesium

Hey all,

I'm trying to get 400mg of magnesium into me (as well as calcium), but I just tried glycinate/lysinate and it predictably moved my bowel (causing mild dehydration), so I have to look for an alternative (the magnesium oil works but still has some bad effects).

I was looking at "true food" supplements but they're more money per mg, so I wondered if anyone else had any ideas (particularly those who are sensitive even to tiny doses - the last dose I tried was quarter of a tablet, which is only 25mg).

It seems that my bowel cannot tolerate even the tiniest dosage of any of the salts/chelates.

Ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have a nice evening/night...

Best,

BBQ
