I've never thought of nebulization again. I used it regularly during middle and high school before the new Glaxo drugs hit the market. With solutions of Proventil (albuterol) and Intal (cromolyn sodium), the effects would last 12-16 hours. There was a steroid to take as well, Azmacort (triamcinolone). :(

SSKI really seems like the way to go. I'm slowly learning the differences between it and Lugol's through the forum. My current plan is to get the detox under control first and then start changing things around.
