Thanks for the useful info MrBBQ.

One thing I have noticed is that if I eat a chicken breast or a chicken sandwich, I feel very thirsty afterwards for a few hours. Why?

I've read a little about copper toxicity but haven't had a hair analysis test yet. Is that the best way to check for copper overload?

How would I get rid of the excess copper if that is what I have. Supplement with Zinc?
