2. avoid aluminum in all food products,cook ware,restaurant food.
3.no fish, no calcium supplements,magnesium supplements,or any made from the sea,no kelp,no cilantro,no chlorela

Count - is this until Amalgam removal?

Why no cilantro or chlorella? I thought those took mobilized metals out of the body?

How about clay? charcoal?

What can grab it and get it out... but not pull it out of my teeth?
