Incontinence (FI)

Hi have had FI quite some time (strangely enough not with gas,and not really with solid, but with this clear liquid kinda like sweat, I guess its called mucous or flatus, im not sure)., Kegel has not worked along with some of the more minimal invasive procedures.

Has anyone here or any readers every had a 'spincteroplasty' (I think I spelled that right), the surgery that is supposed to tighten the muscles. If so, what side effects or other effects does it have? Which Doctor would you recommend to perform this surgery?
