Maybe you have overdone it on the avoiding sugar? You do need some. Maybe you are having low blood sugar, hypoglycemia. Chromium picolinate can help, also myrtle essential oil maybe, but you need some sugar, maybe in the form of fruits and milk spaced throughout the day.

Sometimes low blood Sugar can be a symptom of adrenal weakness too. You might want to check out Dr. Michael Lam's site, and stopthethyroidmadness.com for symptoms. Don't go just by a blood test, as they say.

Different people have different die off symptoms while kiling parasites, but it may be that is not the real factor. Although...much as we need it, cleansing can stress our adrenals.
