It took 4 months before I started to feel a little better. During the first 4 months die-off was so big that I was feeling really bad and can't see any progress.
During month 5 and 6, I was feeling good, better than in years but some sensisitivities symptoms remained to chemicals, foods and carbs. If I avoided alcohol, Sugar and food that I am sensitive to, I was feeling normal during month 5 and 6.
