Interesting that people who take B12 supplements, call veganism a natural diet. Nothing natural about taking a pill.

These diets, (and that is what they are), they have become a religion for some people, well, more like a cult really. With all the behaviours and traits that go along with being brainwashed by a cult.

Very interesting though.
