Not knowing what part of the world you are in makes this difficult to answer because I don't know what resources you have available to you. As far as terminating the pregnancy goes - only YOU can make that decision. If the thought of killing your child is something you cannot live with, then you have to be willing to accept the consequences of your choice. In my opinion, just because you had the myocardial myopathy with your first child does not necessarially mean you will have it with this one. This condition is quite often caused by a viral infection - if that was the case with you, it may not be a factor with this pregnancy.
