Thanks for your insight Trapper. I really value it and appreciate it. That is what I will do - take 6.25 mg daily.

At that amount, how much do you suggest I take of the companion supplements (Vit C., selenium, niacin, Vit. B2, and magnesium)?

I also started taking Garden of Life RAW Prenatal pills.
