Re: doing water fast during winter

Brain....I'll just echo what Chrisb1 mentioned to me when I asked him about Liver Flushing. If you do a Liver Flush, do it before the Water Fast. However, Water Fasting alone will eliminate the stones.
I plan to do a Colon Cleansing, but not a Liver Flush, before my upcoming long Water Fast.
For me, it's time to quit talking, and start doing.
