Re: what to tell people besides the fact that you're "water fasting"

For me... I join with the others that have responded. I tell absolutely NO ONE. I am a wife... Mom..... worker... etc.

I lived through Thanksgiving, several banquets, etc. and never ate a bite.

In my world, I do this also for spiritual reasons. God has helped me so that others did not even see and given me some amazing excuses...

I have ate at the same tables that friends and family have. There have been a time or two that I was tempted to tell my husband.... but, I have NOT. And I won't.

Fasting is just tooooo private. The others that have written wrote it better than I ever could.
