23 days and 20,000 leagues under the sea

In a few hours I will be on 23 days. The "crud" that came out of me today looks like what you would imagine you would see, 20,00 leagues under the sea!!

I know this is kinda gross to say.... but, I just stood there staring at "it" and wondered where in the world it was hidden all this time since I have taken nothing but water all of these days. More came out a few hours later. Weird looking stuff!! (TMI???)

I am no longer weak... nor hungry....but, when you get to this point in your fast, you experience other things. Each day of this fast has brought me different things.

Now, I am really wanting to eat. I am not exactly hungry, but, I miss food. I REALLY MISS EATING.

My face does not look saggy. My body has sprung back to where it used to be. Actually, I look pretty terrific, as a matter of fact. And STILL not one single soul (except you that are reading this) know that I am fasting. I TELL NO ONE!! Possibly, afterwards, I will, but, this is such a private thing and I am not strong enough to fight off the "haters."

So, carry on, everyone. It can be done. I am doing it. It's really funny... I don't post of Facebook, but, I look forward to posting here and see what others are doing. Do you feel the same way???
