It would be beneficial to flush every two weeks, alternatively you could flush once a month.

3. Can the piles get bleed because of colonics and diarrahea after the liver flush?

Flushes actually help piles because the liver filters blood better. It may be at the immediate moment though. Try a product called vari-gone for the piles.
