Anyway to remove Chicken Pox marks 4 months after infection?

Hi,

My sister is 16 and had chicken pox for the first time 4 months ago. 4 months later, she still has a dozen or so pox marks on her arms, legs and stomach. Is there anyway she can remove these using non surgical methods?
