Re: Seeking Other Normal Teens Inflicted
Yeah man that's a bit of a hike lol, all good though we have the internet to communicate. The FBO kicks in when I'm not in my comfort zone pretty much, and without support of others around me. Theres no doubt in my mind that this issue stems from internal health problems, BUT psychological factors account for the onset of the odor. It has alot to do with your nervous system and how you're reacting to the environment/people around you. Stress/Anxiety definitely triggers/worsens the FBO. Try to keep cool, change your attitude on life (read some philosophy or something lol), and pickup something you love and can vent energy through. I started lifting weights, and love the way it makes me feel, yoga is great, playing music, or some sort of constant activity to maintain a healthy mindset. If you live near a city, I would dress up, go out with some friends and just be confident and hit on girls. Its a mental battle. It's extremely hard to not smell in structured environments where I'm not comfortable (school, random places), but when you can venture off on your own or with friends, you should be okay as long as you're confident. Stick to a clean diet as much as possible... Theres alot of pseudoscience and pseudodisease info out there, so it's hard to differentiate from what will help us, but I think that we all need to start keeping medical journals and record everything. We're still young and luckily were born into the information age... anyways I have a ton more to say, will be back after the gym. Later everyone, keep ositive.
