I agree Spud. It really is hard to describe in words.

Once I got rid of all what was on my shoulders and trusting and not doubting when energy is there, then I experienced energy and when this took place, I finally understood.

Its a marvel just like all our other senses. Everything is so clear to me. Whatever situation I may be in, whether its in the company of people, making decisions or being in the garden with my animlas, all six of my senses are present.
