Got through Thanksgiving and didn't break my fast

I had posted asking how I was going to get through THanksgiving and I had some great ideas... BUT, this solution, I didn't see coming.

My husband got sick last night and I was able to call my Aunt and tell her that we wouldn't be there!! Sorry he got sick, but........!!!!

I cooked two big meals for family anyway... a huge breakfast for my grown kids and a HUGE Thanksgiving dinner for them and the rest of my family. AND NO BODY NOTICED AT ALL THAT I DIDN'T EAT A BITE!!!

I sat at the dinner table, put food on my plate and feed my little Yorkie. Not a soul said a word. I was so determined to NOT eat and I did not!! So, in 5 hours, I begin day 16!!!!

And for that, I am thankful!!!

Thank you all for being supportive and being absolutely the ONLY people who know. As with others of you.. fasting is too personal of a thing to share with anyone.
