Re: Any good sublingual vitamin b-12 brands?
I have been giving myself b-12 shots for years - the methyl not the cyanide type - 1cc in the upper thigh several times a week or when I remember.
The doctor charged me $45 for one stinking shot I remember - I asked the tech who filled the syringe where they got their b-12 and he told me McGuff pharmacy in California which is where I have been getting it - but, this is a compounding pharmacy and I am sure you can get it at any other compounding pharmacy around the country - just check on google.
It comes in a 30cc bottle for around $30 now - it used to be much cheaper but stil at $1.00 a shot compared to the crook who charged me $45 that's a hell of a difference.
I hate and detest doctors and the medical profession in this country - they are murderers and crooks - greedy bastards who don't know anything other than prescribing drugs because they are given financial bribes in the thousands by Big Pharma - they just had yet ANOTHER expose on this the other day.
Don't be a baby about giving yourself an injection - it is absolutely nothing and when I say that, coming from someone who has the lowest tolerance/fear for pain, you can do it.
