Allen, did you know that actually heavy metals would be a cause, maybe the cause for mental illnesses. What amino-acide and vitamins can do is to rebuild glutathione which is depleted from heavy metals especially mercury. Glutathione is used to remove toxins like mercury from the body and I am sure it does other things. That's what I read. It helps me so much to take flush free niacin for my symptoms of schizophrenia and it is because niacin is powerful to rebuild glutathione because it is required to make it. Maybe if I take niacin (high amount like 3g per day) with what is in your willy baggies like amino-acide it would even get better. But I might make a chelation treatment to remove mercury from my body which I have because of the amalagams I had.
