DAY 3 - Feeling OK

I am on my day 3 of 7 day fast. My mind still thinks of food, but better than day 2. I almost gave in. Today my normal fasting isues start, bleeding gums. Other than that feeling cold which is a normal feeling for me during fasts.

I have a kidney cyst as many of you know that is bothering me now, but feels like something is chipping away at it so its fine. Thanksgiving day here in America, but going to go through the fast. Great to read all posts here for support.
