Stomach acid and sea salt ?

I just want to clarify something about how the stomach produce HCL:
You need water and chloride, right ?

Besides salt and other food source :Coconut, avocados, dates, turnips, lettuces, kale, kelp/dulse, celery, tomatoes, potatoes, apricots, orange juice, pineapple, watercress, raw white cabbage, spinach, asparagus, cucumbers, parsnips, carrots, onions
But what if I don't eat those things, do I need necessarily Sea Salt ?

But here : eggs beef and other meats contain a good amount of chloride:

My concern with Sea Salt is I found it quite irritating to the stomach from my experience.

Would taking chloride throught nutrition rather than Sea Salt be enought to increase stomach acid production ?

Thank you in advance
