What cause a relapse of SIBO ?

I ' ve read that some get several relapse when taking probiotic for instance or even Antibiotic treatment.

I had 2 relapse but never took probiotic or antibiotic, so I 'm wondering if there are not foods or herbs or whatever in the diet to avoid in that situation.

Personally, I 'm wondering if foods that are natural antacid or drinking too much water when not needed during meals are actually not the culprit as they dissolve stomach acids that is usually able to kills those vilains.

Also, I saw that a fast transit time digestion would cause sibo.
I believe I have a quick transit time digestion or ulcerative colitis or bacterial infection.

So maybe maybe in certain cases SIBO is due to rapid transit time of digestion that is due to inflammation of the gut that is due to damaging substances ( toxins from bacterias, alcohol or any irritating things)

Thank you
