Does self-gratifying aggravate eczema / seborrheic dermatitis?

This is a serious question, and also my personal experience Hope you can read on..

Does anyone else find that self-gratifying aggravates eczema?

For me, I can feel it kicking in just 30 minutes after jacking off. Face and hair gets a lot more oilier than usual and parts of my face start to get itchy. It's hard to describe, but I can also feel this sensation going on in my face, like oil or something is seeping out of my pores.

Then the next day I will wake up with my face a lot more oilier than usual, same with hair, and some new bumps and whiteheads - usually a breakout that takes about 2 weeks to recover from. Also, my face would be really itchy, especially in the parts where the breakouts are occurring.

What can I do? Sometimes I really want to spank the monkey (it gets especially hard not to after 2 weeks or so) but thinking about the consequences, I try my best not to. Is there any way I can still spank the monkey and NOT breakout, lol? Even if I don't spank the monkey, I still get wet dreams, so I lose either way. Except my breakouts from wet dreams aren't as bad as when I actually spank the monkey.

PS. Another thing I found that triggers my eczema, breakouts, etc. is sweating, especially sweating from dancing, and other physically demanding activities. Not as much sweating from just walking around. But so far, self-gratifying is the worst trigger for me..
