You have done great! My first fast was just 36 hours.

They say that it is safe to eat fresh vegs for the first two days after fast of 7days. On the third day it is safe to have some cooked vegs and dried fruit (raisins, dates, apricots, what you prefer) and a tea spoonfull of honey. On the fourth day you could add porrige or rice (whole grains preferable) boiled with water with no oil or butter. On the fifth day there comes beans, nuts, and oils. On the sixth day ONLY its all right to have salt. From then bread, fish, meat and dairy produce are allowed if you crave them.

Courageous!

Breaking the fast is an art and highly individual. The food craving normally lasts for a time and a half of the time you fasted. Then you will be back to normal!
