help!!!

I ran out of my paragone cleanse 2 days ago...and bahm flare up.Started having diarrehea out of nowhere today with sever stomach cramping.You can do 3 consecutive cleanses...so im thinking im buying another box...I can't stand feeling like this.What do you guys think of all this? I have been diarehea free for almost 2 months while on the cleasne.My sibo and whatever else i might have the cleanse was obviously helping.
