I don't know why you are having hadaches. It might be that you need a C 1 and 2 adjustment from a chiropractor to re-establish proper nerve and circulation to the head, or it might be toxins. The presence of toxins interrupts the normal functioning of the whole body.

My late experience with activated charcoal in removing benzo toxins from the blood and abdominal cavity via the digestive tract is quite pehnomenal. It won't detox every toxic substance but will detox heavy metals. Charcoal is a purifying and life-saving substance. If you're fairly clean inside, a small amount of it once in a while will keep you that way. If the first suggestion doesn't work for you, then maybe try the second.

If you think you have a problem with plaque in the carotid arteries, drink distilled water or do nattokinase or both. Certainly the distilled water for the rest of your life as it pulls out toxins. Tweet
