grapefruit seed healing

Is this true Hah, I was about looking to buy Antibiotic grapefruit seed extract and then this - chromography analysing the product showed benzethonium cloride, a synthetic antimicrobial agent commonly used in cosmetics and only approved for topical use.
When test in lab without cloride it was found to have not any antigerm at all.
So this in truth it has no natural antibacterial or antifungal or virus or any action...so that citricidal do not exist in this and not antibacterial as in citric acid . Or is there something else natural?
What a crime?
