Hey , I bought some nettle leaf and will be trying it in the next few weeks.
I do not think there is any problem taking it since chronium is naturally present in alot of foods.

Hypoglycemia is a really tricky issues, I have been dealing with it for a long time long before my af (maybe I was af an did not know tough) and I am also wondering what are the effect of a Sugar free , low carb diet long term because no matter how much I try with food and everything I still get alot of hypo symptoms. At this point it would be safe to say that the AF cortisol etc play a much bigger role in Sugar regulation then diet alone.

Anyways I am still on a Sugar free no complex carbs diet and will be trying nettle leaf , keep u updated.
