Fresh fruit, one kind at a time. For example, if you're hungry for apples, sit there and have as many as you want at that time. The next time you're hungry have a couple of oranges. And so on... You will clean out naturally and feel great! :) Depending on your toxicity level, you will go through healing crisis's just like you were fasting, but I feel that this is a great prep for Water Fasting anyway! :)
