Which Clay is best to use internally?

Years back when on "Candida Purges" I used liquid Bentonite (Sodium Montmorillonite) as part of the program. Then, a few years ago, I was introduced to Terramin (Calcium Montmorillonite)and used it since then. I thought it was a better choice because of the higher content in calcium. I quite like Terramin, but it has become very expensive. I could buy Bentonite powder for half the price of Terramin.
Is someone on this forum knowledgeable enough to know if the extra in calcium is worth the extra price? Or is there another aspect to consider? Your input would be greatly appreciated.
