Epsom salts, magnesium...

I've never done a Liver Flush before, but I hope to do one within the next few weeks. I don't want to take a lot of Epsom Salts for the flush, because I took Oxypowder for a few weeks recently (my second time taking it) and I think all that magnesium threw off my electrolytes and messed me up (digestion issues, etc). I'm fine now, I just don't want to overdose on magnesium again. I was just wondering if anyone here has had successful flushes without taking Epsom Salts or any kind of magnesium? Or has anyone just taken about a teaspoon of Epsom Salts a couple of hours before the oil, and had a successful flush? (I'm going to salt water flushes after the liver flush, so I don't need the laxative effect of the Epsom salts... but maybe I need something to dilate the ducts?)

Also, is the Epsom salts that you're supposed to drink different than the type you would put in a bath?

Thanks for any help.
