Re: Liver Flush-Broke Fast-A few Questions

I saw that post. It talks about having fruit juices, Vege juices, fruit salads etc most of the day except at lunch. I am wondering if I can eat a "regular" menu without doing mostly juices for the next couple of days until the big flush day.
