That sounds like a fantastic idea Brandi. I think I will try it!

I have Seborrheic Dermatitis , a condition whose relationship to candida is considered related by many people. My candida / malassezia outbreaks are specific only to sebaceous gland areas like the scalp and around the nose, and on the chin.

I know that I have had the best results from licorice root tea of any supplement. I take licorice tea before bed, and notice significantly less outbreaks in the morning.

Please let me know if you try this approach! Awesome.
