Thanks, he's doing great!! I don't think the average person could have pulled off what he did, but he knew enough about anatomy and alternative medicine that he's almost as good as new. He had the job flexibility to chill out for 2 months without seeing any clients, and really focus many hours every day working on his wrist and hand. He's carrying 2 1/2 gallon water bottles with that hand- in fact he just came in here to show me he can lift those again, and he says he still has a little bit of clicking in his wrist - I'm sure it wasn't a totally perfect recovery, but he says he knows how to work with that, too, and I think he's much better off than he would have been had he had that surgery with the pins and plates that all the docs were recommending. It would have been several procedures, scar tissue, and I gotta think reduced mobility. Not to mention the risk with any surgical procedure. Very glad we got through this crisis without him having to do that. He nearly got scared into the surgery, but I'm glad he rethought it and held his ground.
