Just curious to know what type of water you all use?
I researched for a while years ago about what type of water would be best to use with any plan or diet I was going to do.
I've been using distilled for quite some time, but I think Ive been noticing some leeching and unavailable minerals even though I add a lot to my water...
I've had adya clarity for several months, but just recently started to use it. It definitely gives me a better feeling- i dont know why. Anyone else on here still trying Adya Clarity? I'd really like to know if your having luck?
I was doing those few teaspoon 'super-shots' in the morning but I may as well just add some to all the distilled water I drink.
Please respond with anything on adya clarity or just water in general and which u think is best.
