Mob rule in effect and under the radar of the inexperienced forum moderator!

Inexperienced and ineffective moderation can lead to mob rule passive aggression and intimidation! This phenomena is not unusual amongst street gangs but an inexperienced website moderator may find this situation uncontrollable ,intimidating other members and keeping the concept of free discourse from taking place!
This is similar to polling place intimidation! These indimidators are not breaking any laws by being in place and the subtleness of these aggressors goes unnocticed by the average inexperiencd passer by!
Even if this is pointed out to authorities, if they are not familiar with this type of aggression this injustice remains in place !
This not a personal attack but simply a word of advice to those who find themselves in a situation they are not in control of and without recourse except to allow this injustice to continue!
The moderator or authorities will be confronted with denial and blame being place on the whistle blower so to speak, and even aggressive threats to those who point these injustices out only confusing the matter further!
Perhaps their is no solution except time, time for experience to take place and an awareness of these subtle but intimidating roadblocks to free discourse! Meanwhile much is sacrificed in terms of truth and freedom to participate without the dis ease of intimidation!
Such is life I suppose!
