There was a time over the past few months when I couldn't get my blood Sugar stabilized without red meat... I'm now eating very little protein besides 6 raw eggs per day and a couple bites here and there of chicken or fish and a good amount of chicken broth.
I take 5mg of bovine adrenal glandular, panthenic acid, pantothine and just started taking a wee bit of C again. Of all of those supplements, I find the pantethine to help the most with my blood sugar.
