I would anticipate that Liver Flushing would help your symptoms. You also probably need to really reduce the fats in your diet, only using fats in their natural state (i.e. soybeans, garbanzo beans, avocado) and no free/added fats at all. Avocado may be too much at this point. If it were me, I would also be taking inositol as it is supposed to help the liver get rid of fats in the liver. You may have liver damage or a fatty liver, not just a congested liver.
