Everything ok with my IF#2?

Hello!

I just have a quick question regarding IF#2:

Whenever I mix my IF#2 into juice, little clumps will form. - No matter how long/hard I stir. I wonder whether that is normal or a sign of my IF#2 having gone bad, since I have already had it for well over a year.

The clumps don't bother me, I just want to be sure I am not consuming something that has gone bad.
