Zit that keeps coming back after quitting smoking...
Hi all!
I quit smoking 2 1/2 months ago and have been on a health kick ever since. I've always been into healthy alternatives, but yes, unfortunately, I smoked. Anyway, I finally quit.
Recently (within the last month) I changed my diet, took out all sugar, carbs, caffeine, ect. Well, I have these two pimples that just keep coming back. They heal up for a couple of days, and then they 'spring back to life' again. One is right next to my nose, in the crevice, and the other is on my cheek.
My question is this: Have I opened up some sort of 'toxin portal' where all of the crap I've been dumping into my body via cigs and other pollutants is coming out of these two pores? WTH is going on? I get some other smaller zits, but they seem to go away without incident.
Right now I have
Bentonite clay and
Colloidal Silver on the buggers, hoping to draw out whatever's in there that keeps coming back.
Anybody else have any ideas as to what's going on with this?
