I usually eat about 2 pounds of fruit and vegetables a day + 1 pound of fish/meat.
I don't drink tea or coffee . About 4 times a week I eat a bar of dark chocolate. I use a lot of olive oil on my food. I eat no grains or dairy or things with Sugar in them (except the chocolate).
If I eat a lot of starchy food (including root vegetables) I get constipated and the bowel movements are almost light yellow/grey coloured. This hasn't gotten better from flushing 4 times. Is this something anyone else has had? Will flushing improve it?
I have had this problem for 14 years and tried a variety of diets, and the above is the only one that works for me (been on it now for 7 years)
