I'm so glad to hear a natural solution that works for someone! I have another suggestion for you as well. If you ever have another flareup, try drinking a glass of baking soda water, half a teaspoon of baking soda with 8 oz of water on an empty stomach. That is very important. If you have food in your stomach it will interfere with your digestion and nutrient absorption. so one hour before or 4 hours after eating. But it sure kicks BV and if you never want to have to worry about BV at all, try researching the low acid diet, but BV is really a nutritional problem of the whole body, not a vaginal problem, that is just where it manifests itself. spinach is your best friend :) as is a good probiotic and folic acid. good luck and good health to you.
