I had +3 in the gut (Metametrics) despite all the natural treatments and strict diet. I went on a month of ketoconozole, and the next time I tested, "no signifigant amounts" found.
I still have a vaginal infection I'm dealing with now though. I think you have to go on RX's if all else fails.
