I'm trying to reach bowel tolerance wit vit c, adding more an more every day. i'm up to 25g right now with no effects, going for 30 today. Anyone think it's a bad idea? obviously i'm sick if its taking that much to give me diarrhea.
Yesterday I believe I experienced extreme die off with manuka honey, extreme anxiety attack about 6-8 hours after 1 tsp of manuka honey in warm water. I had been taking 1/2 tsp prior to that. Then I had BADDD cravings for chips, i ate a small bag of some brownrice chips( brown rice flour, white rice flour, corn flour)
I need to see a doc, cause i been getting nowhere for 6 months, I feel i'm doing irreversible damage to my brain/memory.
