Re: My red dye oil liver flush results: (Plus my opinions/comments)

If its possible, see if you can find beet root powder. Many health food stores carry it. That way you can eliminate the extra fluids.

My first flush ended 23 months of the most gawd-awful hives following an adrenal crash that caused, among many other things, a congested liver, which were the source of the hives according to my naturopath. I was supposed to do a 3 day fast as part of a healing protocol but could never get all the way through, so did alternative detoxing/cleansings regimens such as this. I had reduced the hives by half by the time I got to the flush, but even half of hives that went from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet with some in the throat to make it occasionally life-threatening. Needless to say, no on e will ever convince me that the stool full of stones, including a piece of block rock-like thing and one calcified stone were created by the mix. I've done about 8 so far, with fewer stones each time. I'm no longer so sensitive to food intolerances and the last 3 flushes yielded nothing but "chaff." I haven't had any more gall bladder attacks either. So...if I'm making my own "soap balls" and its all a placebo effect, then viva la placebo. (My website http://www.truthquest2.com )
